I ran across Kimberly at her open house. I was not serious about buying that property she was showing, but she still pleasantly explained to me all of the details about the house. I thus decided to work with her for my investment property. In the next 9 months, we had been viewing properties in a large area including Pacific Grove, Monterey, Seaside, East Garrison, all the way to San Jose. Even though my purchasing power was uncertain due to the incomplete cash-out refinance of other properties, Kimberly had been always responsive, communicative, patient, and supportive. She also shared with me her knowledge about real estate, which made the house hunting process more enjoyable and educational.

When I started making offers, the decision was tougher due to the ticking up mortgage interest rate. Although my offers kept falling though, she never pushed me to overbid too much considering this would be an investment property. She also abided by the professional procedures instead of persuading me to remove any necessary contingencies as some realtors do.

After I finally bought the property, she helped me to arrange inspections, recommend service people, meet with rental applicants when I was unavailable due to my demanding schedule although she herself was super busy as well. She cared about and checked in on me about the process of the renovations as well.

Kimberly is both a professional realtor and a supportive friend. She watches for my needs and feelings. It is a pleasant experience as we are always on the same wavelength. I will work with her again should there are any opportunities in the future. It is satisfying to be able to give her my highest recommendation.
